At the Smart Country Convention (SCCON) 2025, Kitsoft presented its flagship products — the low-code platform Liquio and the intelligent assistant Liquio AI Assistant. The company’s goal was to showcase GovTech solutions powering Ukraine’s key public services, including the Diia portal, and to expand international partnerships in digital transformation.

Smart Country Convention in Berlin is one of the world’s leading events in GovTech and smart cities, bringing together government institutions, municipalities, tech companies, and businesses. This year’s event, held from September 30 to October 2, gathered over 23,000 participants and 800 speakers from various countries.
For Kitsoft, this was the second year participating in SCCON, but the first time with its own booth. The company was represented by CEO Oleksandr Iefremov, COO Mariia Muzyka, and CEO of Kitsoft Germany Michael Hübner.

At the booth, visitors could see how Liquio’s low-code platform enables governments to launch and scale digital services in weeks rather than months. The Liquio AI Assistant attracted particular attention — a digital helper that makes accessing public services as simple as chatting online.
European colleagues showed strong interest in Ukraine’s experience, especially in the rapid implementation and scaling of digital services.
Visitors were also curious about partnership opportunities for entering European and African markets, as well as Kitsoft’s practical solutions in cybersecurity and open data,

CEO Oleksandr Yefremov shared his perspective on the trends shaping Europe’s digital future:
At this year’s Smart Country Convention, the main focus was on digital sovereignty. Germany is confidently shifting toward open-source solutions, moving away from standard office packages to locally managed, fully open applications. It’s a major challenge — all office, chat, and task management systems are being replaced with solutions that can be self-hosted and independently managed, free from dependence on American providers. In other words, this is the new wave of digital freedom everyone has been waiting for.
The theme of digital sovereignty, central to SCCON 2025, aligns closely with Kitsoft’s philosophy — to create technologies that empower greater control, transparency, and freedom in the digital environment.
